Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers huge apartments, though a bit dated, they are comfortable and well-insulated. The jacuzzi is a nice touch after a day of exploring, but noise from the Autobahn could be bothersome. Rooms lack kitchen utensils, not even a teaspoon.
I was amazed by the incredible view of the volcano, town, and sea all at once from the typically large 'Suites' which had a bedroom, living room, and kitchenette. While the rooms were comfortable, they seemed a little dated, and the floor was very slippery when wet, but the jacuzzi was a welcome retreat after a day of exploring.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was spacious and comfortable with a large balcony and a lovely sea view, although it felt a bit dark at times, almost like being in a cave. The service was a bit hit-and-miss with unfriendly staff at the poolside restaurants and bar counter, but the overall team from the management to ground staff were fantastic. The hotel's location was superb, especially if you have a car, offering fantastic views of the town and sea. The dining options were good and varied, with both English and continental food available.
The hotel had spacious rooms with a nice sea view, but a strong cigarette smell was masked with toilet freshener. The service was consistently helpful and kind. The location, although beautiful with great views, appeared tired and not very clean. The dining experience offered fresh pancakes and a variety of fruits but was not impressive for dinner.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean with a lovely bed and amazing views at night, but the service was a bit confusing despite the helpful staff. The location, while beautiful with great views, might not be ideal without a car. The dining options were varied but not all were impressive.
